Shipping and Returns
We aim to deliver your chosen items in excellent condition and in the shortest possible time. Please note that your order might face additional charges upon import clearance at the country of destination. Delalle ships all online orders from the United Kingdom. If you have any concerns over this procedure, we advise you to visit your country's governmental website and seek information on importation, duty and tax charges.
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct information and a suitable shipping address.
Please note that Import taxes, duties and charges are at the cost of the customer. When orders are shipped internationally estimated delivery times may vary due to individual processing procedures, courier services, customs delays and proximity to capital cities.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed and and processed via the online shop, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping and tracking details.
At Delalle we want you to be 100% happy with every purchase you make with us. We are aware however that sometimes you may need to return items. In order to help you with this process we have summarised our returns policy below:
Returns within 14 days of purchase
It is important to us at Delalle that you are happy with your purchase and in the case that you are not fully satisfied with the item you received you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Delalle are happy to offer an exchange or refund within this period. We do require that you email us prior to returning the goods. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and we are unable to provide this service for any item in unsuitable condition where faults have been caused by accident, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Delivery Discrepancies / Damaged in Transit
Please check orders carefully upon receiving them. If you receive an order that has been damaged in transit or if there are any order discrepancies, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
Once you have emailed us and received a returns authorisation number, please follow the procedure below to ensure your return is dealt with efficiently:
- Please include a note detailing the reason for the return. This must include your order number which you will be able to find on the original paperwork that you received with the order.
- Wrap securely in its original packaging with all the official documentation (original receipt). This is very important.
- Send the package to the address below.
- Please Mark you RA (Returns Authorisation) number clearly on the parcel.
- We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.
